It is

In the forest it consumed more trout, pork and banana. They use many local
ingredients themselves. Many of these dishes are prepared in Chanchamayo
in Junin, Satipo, Oxapampa and other places.
It is one of the most popular dishes of the Peruvian jungle. It is eaten at all
times, especially on the feast of San Juan. Their preparation is complex. At
the beginning it was meat and cassava later rice and other ingredients are
added.
The classic juane takes a barrage of stewed chicken, olives, chopped egg in
a mix of rice and other products, cooked and wrapped in a bijao, similar to a
tamale. It is served with a piece of jerky, tocina or ripe bananas or plantains.
