Promulgated: April 6, 2015 RESOLUTION No. oa ¢ This pertains to the Scale of Administrative Fines in Section 5, Rule 8 of COMELEC Resolution No. 9476 promulgated on 22 June 2012 entitled “RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING CAMPAIGN FINANCE AND DISCLOSURE IN CONNECTION WITH THE 13 May 2013 NATIONAL AND LOCAL ELECTIONS AND SUBSEQUENT ELECTIONS THEREAFTER”, as amended by COMELEC Resolution No. 9558! to include political parties. As part of the continuing efforts of the Commission on Elections to strictly enforce campaign finance laws, rules and regulations, the Campaign Finance Unit recommended that the Scale of Administrative Fines be amended to include administrative fines for Provincial Political Parties, as well as candidates who participated in the ARMM?
