I was able to
visit Pastor
Romy and
Sardone
Hintay first in
their home. We
had an intimate
conversations
which cover the
subject of family, children, livelihood and ministry priorities. Sardone is a big help
of course to Pastor Romy as she handles the chidlren’s ministry in all the Bible
study groups that they handle.

Pastor Romy showed me the

ministry center that they use in one
of the areas that he goes to. This
small space adjacent to a residential
home is where a group of believers
from different Bible study group
meet. They are praying for a bigger
place and one that is visible in the
community as one located in the
main street.

The lady in blue green dress owns

the place. The home is used not just
for Bible study but for prayer. I was
surprised when they said they were
praying for me and White Fields as
Pastor Romy challenged them to
pray for leaders and organization as part of their awareness of missions.

This is the home of the

Delos Santos. The men
of the house are not in
the country as both of
them (Father and son)
are working as overseas
contract workers. The
home is open for Bible
study and they said
about 15 people gather
in this place for Bible
studies.

This is another
neighborhood that Pastor
Romy visits weekly. The
parents and other adults
were not present since
most of them are in the
farm.

Pastor Romy Hintay’s

area is provincial. Most of
the people work as
farmers and some go
overseas.

I noticed that one of the young

people holds like an attendance
notebook. It is indeed an
attendance notebook for their
Bible studies. Pastor Romy said
that this is his way of
monitoring the growth of their
Bible studies. Let is continue to
uphold Pastor Romulo Hintay
in our prayers.
