Customers
A customer is an organization or person with
whom we have a selling relationship. This
relationship can result from the purchase of
products and services or from the
negotiation of terms and conditions that
provide the basis for future purchases.

Customer v/s Party


Party is an entity that doesnt have any selling
relationship with us at present but may have
in future. Party is a prospect customer.
Once the selling relationship is established
between party and us, the party becomes
customer.

Customer Profile Classes


Profile Classes are used to group customers
with similar creditworthiness, business
volume, payment cycles and late charge
policies.

Profile Class - Characteristics


Credit / Collections Credit Check, Credit
Analyst and Collector, Payment
Application, Late Charges
Invoices and Statements Statement Cycles,
Billing Cycles, Balance Forward Bills
