Section1.Novoluntarydocumentbywhichrealpropertyoroninterestthereinsold,
transferred,assigned,mortgagedorleasedshallberegisteredintheregistryofproperty,
unlesstherealestatetaxesleviedandactuallyduethereonshallhavebeenfullypaid.If
evidenceofsuchpaymentisnotpresentedwithinfifteendaysfromthedateofentryofsaid
documentintheprimaryentrybookoftheregisterofdeeds,theentryshallbedeemed
cancelled.Acertificateoftheprovincial,cityormunicipaltreasurershowingthatthereal
propertyinvolvedisnotdelinquentintaxesshallbesufficientevidenceforthepurposesof
thisAct.
Section2.EverydocumentoftransferoralienationofrealpropertyfiledwiththeRegisterof
Deedsshallbeaccompaniedwithanextracopyofthesamewhichcopyshallbetransmitted
bysaidofficertothecityorprovincialassessor,irrespectiveofwhethersaiddocumenthas
beenregisteredordeniedregistration:Provided,however,Thatthefailuretofurnishthe
RegisterofDeedswithacopyofthedocumentoftransferoralienationreferredtointhis
sectionshallnotinvalidateanotherwisevalidagreement.
Section3.ThisActshalltakeeffectuponitsapproval.
