INSPECTION RESULTS, ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

During the ultrasound inspection of the crack belonging to the upper

case of the turbine 1, for the detection of the crack on the points UP-12,
UP-13, UP-14, UP-15, UP-16, UP-17, UP-18, UP-19, UP-20, LEFT-1, LEFT2, LEFT-3, LEFT-4, DOWN-15, DOWN-16, DOWN-17, DOWN-18, DOWN19 and DOWN-20, the gain was needed to be increased in 25Db to
manage to see the crack, otherwise it could have not been detected
anything, which could means that the crack is extremely thin at these
points, but due to the high gain it is difficult to know for sure.
