Carl was punctual, well dressed, prepared with a resume to give me. He answered most
questions. He smiled at the end.

What skills could this student improve on to be more successful in a future


interview?
Carl should look the interviewer in the eye, offer a copy of his resume at the beginning
(shows preparedness), give a bit more detail in answering questions. He should offer what
he does well in an answer even if not asked, He showed confidence when talking about his
strengths.
