Accepted as one of four group members through a competitive selection process
Assisted in initiation of a noncredit, pilot seminar to develop a private dietetics practice
Researched other practices in the same field to determine reasonable services and prices
Utilized programs such as Business Wizard in order to generate a specific list of resources
and guidelines for opening a private practice
Investigated business models, documents needed, tax implications, monitoring and recording
processes, options for tracking finances, etc.
