All Officers and Directors-At-Large must be, at the time of their election, a Commissioner or Employee
of a NACW member Commission as defined in Article IV of the NACW By-Laws.
The responsibilities of Officers and Directors-At-Large shall be such as are implied and specified in
NACW By-Laws. Seven (7) Directors-At-Large will be elected for a two year term (July, 2015 July,
2017) during NACWs 2015 45th Annual National Conference & Empowerment Summit to be held in
Indianapolis, Indiana.
Please review nominee eligibility criteria. All nominees, at the time of nomination, must meet the
eligibility criteria and, if successfully elected, through the duration of their term.
NACW By-Laws Article IV, Section 1b states, No more than three directors shall be elected from any
one state.

 Mandatory attendance at the bi-monthly Board of Directors conference call meetings, with
the understanding that I will make the effort to attend any special or urgency board
conference call meetings, as well as any face-to-face meetings, such as Legislative Day in
Wash DC, if planned
 Attendance at NACW Annual Conference, including pre- and post- Board Meetings
 Participation on one or more standing committees, including Task Force projects
 Acting as an Ambassador of NACW at all women-focused meetings or conferences in my
Region
 Actively supporting the Fundraising effort by offering Regional corporate contacts
