The deployment of the NOFBI has been a major initiative to connect all regions o
f Kenya with high capacity backbone infrastructure. However, not all 47 Kenyan c
ounty?s
headquarters have been connected to the optic fibre. We have calculated that 16
Kenyan county?s headquarters still do not have access to optic fibre infrastruct
ure(either by private operators or the NOFBI). Table describes the access to opt
