Again, this project
provided an
opportunity to
communicate with my
peers and
administration to
ensure all aspects of
the faculty handbook
was appropriate.

possible. Therefore,
my principal placed
me in charge of
obtaining all the
revisions from each
grade level and
department. The
various team leaders
provided the
revisions, and I had to
discuss with my
principal to receive
the necessary
approval to make the
corrections. The
updated faculty
handbook provided
pertinent information
for teachers, and
many teachers were
appreciative of the
revisions.

chose to wait to
revise. Then after
meeting with each

it was time to revise

me. I worked closely
with the team leaders
to get all their
revisions. They
would place the
highlighted and
written revisions
inside my school
mailbox. The school
secretary had to
provide me with a soft
copy of the faculty
handbook to

schools mascot was
listed several times in
our campus handbook
and many teachers
would joke about the
mascot being listed in
our handbook.
