My last position was

to revise the faculty
handbook. My
principal chose this
role due to the issues
in the faculty
handbook and the
complaints from the
staff. Many teachers
felt the expectations
were misleading
because there were so
many errors in the
handbook. Teacher
felt they were being
held accountable for
items listed
erroneously in the
handbook and wanted
