These facts are a reminder of the severity of the situation at hand and how there are many
children waiting to be adopted. The author, Random Facts, devotes its time to providing a
plethora of tidbits about anything.

made up of questions and answers regarding adoption and the process. This is very informative
and has information on adopting. Such information isnt very useful to me, but I have found
tidbits in their explanations. The author, the Department of Social Services, is a trustworthy
source because this information is based off the knowledge of those who work or are affiliated
with adoption services in particular.

Web. 23 Mar. 2015. A complete and wide range of reasons foster care is necessary can be
found here. Carrie Craft, is a Foster Care Expert that has provided true facts in this
article. Multiple issues that Craft included show how a familys situation can be deemed

20 Mar. 2015. This article written by Deb Stone, briefly touches on why children are
taken from their families and put into foster care. Upon the reasons given, poverty is a
main issue. The bulk of the article talks of foster care. Difficulties such as emotional
problems for the ones being fostered are given. There are many statistics and issues given
that further implement things foster children go through. Deb Stone provides an
informative piece based off of her experiences with adoption and foster care. Since she
has fostered/adopted over 30 children, there is no lack of genuine details.

explanation as to what foster care really is in this article. I found what this process is like
and facts about the system. The National Adoption Center is responsible with this
information that is true and worthy.
