CAREER SUMMARY
I have worked for almost 11 years in several different office settings, doing various types
of administrative duties. I have worked on mortgage paperwork, preparing closing
documents for loan refinancing. I then was on a team that processed 100s of applications
per week and worked with the members to get their exams shipped and processed for
grading. After working at the AAPC, I worked for E*Trade, assisting in the hiring process. I
tracked applicants and maintained all employee and applicant files with accuracy. I most
recently worked for over 5 years as an assistant to up to 7 managers at a time. I managed
their calendars, took minutes at meetings, oversaw quarterly customer retention projects,
accurately maintained customer files in our database and updated and sent monthly
accounts payable and receivable. I have taken a few months off to take care of some
family medical needs and took some classes to update my skills.
