Algorithm Purpose

The purpose of this program is to ask the user to input the Party Name, Constituency Name, No.
of Constituency, Winning Party, Registered Voters and No. of Votes Cast. The program will
calculate and output the Parties and the No. of constituencies won by those parties. In this case
the inputted data will be used to calculate the F.L.I Election Results.
