Procedures:
Im going to introduce the parts of the book concept using some flashcards. Then I am going to
read the book aloud to students and we are going to comment about the story, remarking the
bad behaviors that we can not follow on the school and classrooms and in home. Then Im
going to ask questions about the story, trying to see if they recognize the main idea of the book,
and the main characters of the story.

A. Introduction (Motivation):
First Im going to introduce the parts of the book vocabulary: front cover, back cover, spine,
title of the book, name of the author, illustrator.
B. Lesson Development:
I am going to read the book aloud to students asking them the parts of the book that they
recognize, and then we are going to comment and share about the main idea of the book. This
book talks about bad behavior on the house, so children can express their feelings and opinions
about it.

C. Lesson Ending:
I will ask some questions about the story and the events happened.
Then I will give them a white sheet to draw the main idea of the book.
And I can determine if they understood the lesson, according to the answers of the students.

Assessment: Behavior checklist (Formative assessment)

Main idea of the book drawings.

I will have a list of every classroom with the name of the students and I will put a happy
face or a question mark on each students name according to what I observed.
