appropriate strategies, ability to lead the class, professionalism, attitudes, and demeanor throughout
the period of observation:
Jenny has done well in her first eight weeks of student teaching. She plans creative, student-centered lessons
aligned with the VA SOLs and school division's objectives. During my observations, students were actively
engaged and excited about learning. Jenny is still growing in the area of classroom management and student
discipline. She is eager to receive feedback toward improvement.
