AGREEMENT FOR PAYMENT OF GOODS AND COLLECTION EXPENSES

For and in consideration of the sale of goods and services and the extension of credit to applicant by
Clausen Meat Co., the undersigned Corporation, Partnership, Proprietorship, or natural person(s) hereby
to the following terms and conditions upon acceptance of this application by Clausen Meat Co.
1. Prompt payment shall be made to Clausen Meat Co. of all sums due and owing upon demand.
All balances are net 7 DAYS unless payment is required sooner by Clausen Meat Co.
2. Upon default in payment of obligation due and owing to Clausen Meat Co. and in the event,
collection proceedings, including legal action are instituted by Clausen Meat Co. for collection the
undersigned hereby agrees to pay all costs, expenses, and attorneys fee incurred by Clausen
Meat Co. pursuant to the collection or attempt to collect said amount.
3. Finance/ service charge on past due and unpaid balances shall accrue at the rate of 1 % per
month, and the undersigned agrees to pay all finance/ service charges on past due amounts.
4. The terms of this agreement are contractual and not merely recitals and are intended to bind the
heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns of the applicant.
5. In the event that legal proceedings are instituted by Clausen Meat Co. pursuant to the collection
of the said debt owned, the undersigned agrees and stipulates to the venue of the said
proceedings to be Merced County, State of California.
6. We hereby authorize our credit references to release any information necessary to assist in
establishing a line of credit with Clausen Meat Co.
The undersigned has read all of the provisions of the above credit application and payment, agreement,
understands the terms and conditions herein, and hereby consents to the same. If signed by
representative of a Corporation, the undersigned hereby verifies that he has the actual and requisite
authority to bind the Corporation of this document and execute this agreement on behalf of the
Corporation.
