We would like to thank everyone for supporting the keikis in our Jump Rope For Heart Campaign. The kids had so much fun
jumping and the music was awesome! Thank you to our live duck, Vaiamoe Talanoa who was grooving and keeping
everyone going. Also, thank you to Ms. Shanti Fryar who spear-headed this campaign. Without her we would not have
been able to have this campaign. We had a Goal of $2300. We exceeded our Goal, we raised $5060.31!! Wow!

Aloha, families! We've been providing homemade dressings with our fresh fruit and vegetable
snack this last month. In case you want to try them at home on a salad or some fresh, chopped
vegetables, here are the recipes. Lilikoi lemon dressing: 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup lilikoi
juice (seeds removed), 1/4 cup olive oil, and a pinch of hawaiian seas salt. Place all ingredients
in a jar and shake hard until all ingredients are blended. Honey mustard dressing: whisk
together 1/4 cup mustard, 1/4 cup apple cider
vinegar, 1/4 cup honey, and a splash of shoyu. Slowly
add 1/4 cup olive oil while whisking the mixture.
