When parts are to be treated, it is

recommended that an adhesion test be carried
out. If too thick a film is applied, this can lead to
difficulties in subsequent treatment processes.
Residues of release agent are easily removed
using a mixture of water and a cleaner such as
Lusin Clean W 81.

Product description
Lusin Alro OL 141 is a silicone-free release
agent based on synthetic oils and additives. It is
suitable for an application temperature of up to
140C/284F.
Special properties
Excellent release and slip effect
Long cycle times - multiple demolds possible
Subsequent treatment of parts (lacquering,
printing, gluing) possible
Application
Lusin Alro OL 141 was designed specially for
processing polycarbonates and ABS, helps
reduce stress cracking and prevents the
formation of mold flow lines during the molding
process. Suitability tests are available on
request. The product is also applicable as a
release agent for other thermoplastics. When
using, apply a fine spray film to the clean mold.
Particular attention should be paid to corners
and undercuts. Product should be used in well
ventilated areas.

Lusin Alro OL 141 is available in 1-liter,
10-liter, 20-liter and 200-liter containers, as well
