Students will know what the Law of Sine and the Law of Cosine is. Students will know how
to solve both laws. Students will understand how to apply the different laws to word
problems. Students will know the differences between the different laws.

Characteristics

These learners are 12th graders located in South Georgia


78% of the Student population qualify for free and reduced lunches
51% of students are white, 18% are Latino, 28% are black, 1% of students are Asian, and
2% are multiracial.
8% of students are ELL, 4% of our students qualify as Migrant, and 11% of students have a
disability.
Student will have a selection of videos to watch explaining each different module and topic.
These videos will be released Monday Morning. A synchronous session will be held on
Wednesday for those students who need more help, a different explanation, or questions
answered. Practice problems will be due by Thursdays. Quizzes and assessments will be
due by Sunday at midnight. Online office hours will be available for students who need
extra help or a different teaching strategy.

Plans

All student language should be appropriate for the learning context. Students
are expected to follow the communication rules outlined in the syllabus and
taught at the beginning of the semester. Students are expected to participate in
weekly discussion posts making one original post and responding to 3 peers.
Each student will complete the designated work for each week. Modules will
open on Monday Mornings and will be due the next Sunday by midnight.
