Objective
As an experienced educator, I would like to devise captivating, fascinating, and unique practices
of teaching that creates interest in children. With the help of my cordial nature, I would like to
build good rapport with children, families as well as educators around me.

Experience:
September 2010- present: Homeroom Early Childhood Educator: Kindergarten

Implementation of the Early Learning Program.


Incorporate different aspects of the Reggio Emilia philosophy to current practice.
Educate children ages 4-6 years of age in a play-based learning environment.
Planning & implementation of age appropriate activities to enhance all areas of healthy
development.
Effectively adapted and modified lessons to fit the needs of the individual child.
Create documentation panels geared towards different audiences.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with parents through daily communication
and feedback.
Provide support for parents as needed.
Organize and implement curriculum night, parent teacher interviews, concerts, graduation
and all other yearly events.
Active member of the Educators Mentoring Educators team with TCDSB.
