Difusin de los documentos a discutir en los 6 idiomas oficiales de la ONU

Si los documentos enviados para toma de decisiones no est en los 5 idiomas oficiales, la documentacin
presentada NO se considerar discutida.
Gestionar un web site activo de YOUNGO en los 6 idiomas oficiales.
Cuando una persona precise informacin y desee unirse a YOUNGO, reciba inmediatamente o como
respuesta automtica a su correo electrnico un manual de reglas y procedimientos internos del sistema de
toma de decisiones de YOUNGO.
Desarrollar un calendario anual de actividades y seguimiento.
Crear un espacio donde cada persona u organizacin pueda expresar su posicin a travs de un formulario
de recepcin.
Estructura de embajadores nacionales y regionales.
Bottom line est formado por embajadores regionales.
Dar tareas a los puntos focales regionales para rendicin de cuentas y juntar las posiciones de los puntos
nacionales focales.
Los Puntos Nacionales Focales deben generar un reporte sobre la inclusin de jvenes en los procesos
nacionales gubernamentales.
Los integrantes de YOUNGO podrn tener hasta los 35 aos en funcin del gran aporte que pueden tener.




 






 



































Bottom Line Team:

Est conformado por los puntos focales regionales, los mismos que sern electos por los Puntos Focales Nacionales.
Responsabilidades:

Condensar la informacin proporcionada por los reportes regionales en un solo reporte global de la
juventud.
Generar de manera conjunta con los Puntos Focales Norte/sur, propuestas, acciones y campaas, sobre la
base de los puntos coincidentes encontrados en los reportes regionales.
Generar ideas clave para la incidencia poltica a nivel nacional e internacional.

Puntos Focales Regionales

Existir un punto focal por regin el mismo que tendr las siguientes tareas:

Acompaar los procesos de discusin nacional

Condensar los reportes nacionales de su regin, en un solo reporte regional juvenil.
Extraer puntos coincidentes de los reportes nacionales para la elaboracin de estrategias de incidencia
poltica regional.

A partir del ao 2015, los Puntos Focales Regionales sern electos por los puntos focales nacionales.
Puntos Focales Nacionales.
Los Puntos Focales Nacionales, podrn ser personas u organizaciones que demuestren capacidad de sostener el
proceso nacional representativo.
La definicin de un Punto Focal Nacional depender de los procesos soberanos de cada pas.
Entre las responsabilidades del Punto Focal Nacional se encuentran:

Generar los espacios de discusin para generar la posicin nacional de los jvenes frente al cambio
climtico.
Estructurar el Reporte Nacional de Jvenes frente al cambio climtico
Gestionar el financiamiento para los procesos de discusin nacional juvenil sobre cambio climtico.
Transmitir el Reporte Nacional de Jvenes frente al cambio climtico hacia su respectivo Punto Focal
Regional.

Reportes
Reporte nacional:
El reporte realizado por los puntos focales nacionales ser generado anualmente, previo a la COY y COP, el cual
ser entregado a los Puntos Focales Regionales.
El contenido de los reportes ser el siguiente:

Evaluacin del espacio participativo juvenil de discusin sobre cambio climtico, en trminos de:

Reporte sobre el origen del financiamiento de los procesos de discusin juvenil sobre cambio climtico
Evaluacin del rol del gobierno sobre la inclusin juvenil en la discusin y toma de decisiones sobre cambio
climtico

Reportes regionales
Debern ser producto de la compilacin de los reportes nacionales y deben contener al menos:

Puntos coincidentes de las posiciones y propuestas de los reportes nacionales de los jvenes
Evaluacin regional sobre los espacios de discusin nacionales
Evaluacin sobre el financiamiento de los procesos de discusin nacional/regional
Evaluacin sobre el rol de los gobiernos a nivel regional sobre la inclusin juvenil en la discusin y toma de
decisiones sobre cambio climtico.

Use the 5 official languages of the UN for spreading out information.

If the documents are not written in the 6 official languages of the UN, they should not be considered as
discussed.
Issue a YOUNGO website in the 6 official languages of the UN.
When a person contacts YOUNGO, he/she should receive a manual with procedures, rules and statutes of
YOUNGO, especially related to the decision making process.
Issue a yearly agenda which contains the activities of YOUNGO.
Create a space where each person/organization can express their (political) position using a basic form so
the information collected is organized.
YOUNGO should adopt the national and regional focal points model described below.
The Bottom Line Team should be conformed by the regional focal points.
Assign tasks to the regional focal points in order to have an accountability method. The regional focal
points should compile the national focal points reports as will be described below.
The National Focal Points should report the national inclusion process of participation as it will be
described below.
The YOUNGO members can be 35 years old in order to the contribution that they can do.

Compile the information provided by the Regional Reports in a Global Youth Report
Produce, generate, create, along with the Global North and South Focal Points actions and campaigns that
respond to the common needs found in the Regional Reports.
Prepare key ideas for political incidence to a national and international level.

Regional Focal Points:

There will be a Focal Point per region that will have the following tasks:

Follow the national processes of discussion.

Compile the National Reports into a Regional one.
Highlight common points and issues found among the National Reports so they can be used for political
incidence strategies.

From 2015, the Regional Focal Points will be elected by the National Focal Points.
National Focal Points
National Focal Points could be individuals or organizations that demonstrate capacity of sustain a representative
process.
The definition of the National Focal Point depends on the sovereign process of each country.
National Focal Points main responsibilities are:

Structuring an Youth Climate Change National Report
To manage funding support to the process of youth national discussions on climate change
To transmit the Youth Climate Change National Report to its respective Regional Focal Points

Reports
National Report:
The report managed by the National Focal Points will be generated anually before the COY (Conference of Youth)
and the COP (Conference of the Parties), which will be delivered to the Regional Focal Points.
Its content will be the following:
1. The politic position and proposal of the young people of each country towards its governments and the
COP
2. Evaluation of the youth participation space in the discussion of climate change, in terms of:

Report on the origin of the funding support of the process of youth discussion on climate change
Evaluation of the governments role on youth inclusion in the discussions and decision making about
