IMPORTANTE: LASE ANTES DE COPIAR, INSTALAR O UTILIZAR EL SOFTWARE.
No use ni carge este software ni sus materiales afines (colectivamente, "Softwar
e") hasta no haber ledo cuidadosamente los siguientes trminos y condiciones. Al ca
rgar o usar el Software, conviene revisar los trminos de este contrato. Si no des
ea prestar su consentimiento, no instale ni use el Software.
Tambin tenga en cuenta que:
* Si usted es un fabricante de equipos (OEM), proveedor independiente de hardwar
e (IHV) o proveedor independiente de Software (ISV), la totalidad de este CONTRA
TO DE LICENCIA se aplica a usted
* Si usted es un usuario final, solamente el Apndice A del CONTRATO DE LICENCIA D
E SOFTWARE INTEL se aplica en su caso.
Para OEM, IHV e ISV:
LICENCIA. Este Software se licencia para uso exclusivo con los productos compon
entes de Intel. Sujeto a los trminos de este contrato, Intel le concede una licen
cia no exclusiva, intransferible, mundial y completamente pagada bajo los derech
os de propiedad intelectual de Intel para:
a) usar, modificar y copiar Software de manera interna con fines de desa
rrollo y mantenimiento propios
b) modificar, copiar y distribuir Software, incluso obras derivadas del
mismo; a sus usuarios finales, pero solamente en virtud de un contrato de licenc
ia que contenga trminos de un carcter tan limitado como los contenidos en el Contr
ato de Licencia final para usuario nico de Intel, adjunto como Apndice A
c) modificar, copiar y distribuir la documentacin para usuarios finales q
ue podr incluirse con el Software, pero nicamente en relacin con el Software.

Si usted no es el fabricante o proveedor final de un equipo o programa informtico

que incorpore el Software, podr transferir una copia del Software, incluso las o
bras derivadas del Software (y la documentacin relativa a usuarios finales) a su
recipiente para que ste lo utilice en conformidad con los trminos de este contrato
, siempre que dicho recipiente convenga en obligarse plenamente en virtud de los
trminos aqu expresados. No ceder, sublicenciar, arrendar, ni transferir o divulgar el
Software a terceros. No descompilar, desensamblar o deconstruir el Software, con la
finalidad de modificarlo.
Salvo lo indicado expresamente en este contrato, no se le otorga licencia o dere
cho directamente o por implicacin, incentivo, impedimento legal u otro motivo. In
tel tendr el derecho de inspeccionar los registros pertinentes que usted posea, o
pedir a un auditor independiente que lo haga, para verificar el cumplimiento de
los trminos y condiciones de este contrato.
CONFIDENCIALIDAD. Si desea que un asesor o subcontratista tercero ("Contratista"
) realice trabajos a su nombre que suponga acceso al Software o uso de l, usted o
btendr del Contratista un contrato de confidencialidad que contenga trminos y obli
gaciones en relacin con el acceso al Software o su uso que revistan un carcter al
menos tan limitado como los estipulados en este contrato, con exclusin de todo de
recho de distribucin, y en relacin al uso con otros fines.
De igual manera, usted no divulgar los trminos de este contrato o su existencia, n
i usar la razn social Intel en ninguna publicacin o anuncio comercial sin contar co
n el consentimiento previo por escrito de Intel. No tiene derecho de usar ningun
a de las marcas comerciales o logotipos de Intel.
PROPIEDAD DEL SOFTWARE Y LOS "COPYRIGHTS". Intel o sus proveedores retienen el tt
ulo de propiedad de todas las copias del Software. El Software est amparado por l

es de tratados internacionales. Est prohibido eliminar avisos de copyright del So

GARANTA LIMITADA DEL MEDIO FSICO. Si Intel ha distribuido el Software en medio fsic
o (cd, floppy, etc.), Intel garantiza que dicho medio fsico est libre de defectos
de tipo material por un perodo de 90 (noventa) das a partir de la fecha de entrega
. Si se identifica tal defecto, devuelva el medio fsico a Intel para su reemplazo
. El reemplazo del Software podr ser en el mismo medio fsico u otro medio, a disc
recin de Intel.
EXCLUSIN DE OTRAS GARANTAS. EXCEPTO LO YA DISPUESTO, EL SOFTWARE SE PROPORCIONA OR
IGINAL Y SIN GARANTAS EXPRESAS O IMPLCITAS DE NINGN TIPO; ENTRE OTRAS, GARANTAS DE C
OMERCIABILIDAD, AUSENCIA DE VIOLACIONES O IDONEIDAD PARA UN FIN DETERMINADO. Int
el no garantiza ni asume responsabilidad de la exactitud o integridad de ningn ti
po de informacin, texto, grficos, enlaces u otros componentes del Software.
LIMITACIN DE RESPONSABILIDAD. NI INTEL NI SUS PROVEEDORES EN NINGN CASO SERN RESPON
SABLES EN RELACIN CON CUALQUIER DAO (ENTRE OTROS, PRDIDA DE UTILIDADES, INTERRUPCIN
DE LA ACTIVIDAD COMERCIAL O PRDIDA DE INFORMACIN) RESULTANTES DEL USO O IMPOSIBILI
DAD DE USO DEL SOFTWARE, INCLUSO SI SE HA INFORMADO A INTEL DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE
QUE DICHOS DAOS OCURRAN. DEBIDO A QUE EN ALGUNAS JURISDICCIONES SE PROHIBE LA EX
CLUSIN O LIMITACIN DE RESPONSABILIDAD EN RELACIN CON GARANTAS IMPLCITAS O CON DAOS IND
IRECTOS O INCIDENTALES, LA LIMITACIN ANTERIORMENTE CITADA QUIZS NO SE APLIQUE EN S

RESCISIN DE ESTE CONTRATO. Intel podr rescindir de este contrato en cualquier mome

ontratos relativos a enajenacin de bienes. Queda prohibido exportar el Software d
e una manera que viole la legislacin y reglamento de aplicacin sobre exportaciones

CONTRATO DE LICENCIA DE SOFTWARE DE INTEL (Final, Usuario individual)
IMPORTANTE: LASE ANTES DE COPIAR, INSTALAR O UTILIZAR.
No use ni cargue este software ni sus materiales afines (colectivamente, el "Sof

tware") hasta no haber ledo cuidadosamente los siguientes trminos y condiciones. A

l cargar o usar el Software, conviene en observar los trminos de este contrato. S
i no desea prestar su consentimiento, no instale ni use el Software.
LICENCIA. Podr copiar el Software en una sola computadora para uso personal y res
idencial, y podr realizar una copia de seguridad del Software, sujeto a estas con
diciones:
1. Este Software se licencia para uso exclusivo con los productos componentes de
Intel. El uso del Software con productos componentes no provenientes de Intel C
orporation no est cubierto bajo esta licencia.
2. Prohibido copiar, modificar, arrendar, vender, distribuir o transferir, en to
do o en parte, el Software, salvo segn lo estipulado en este contrato, y usted co
nviene en impedir la copia no autorizada del Software.
3. Prohibido aplicar tcnicas de desconstruccin del Software para modificarlo, desc
ompilar el Software o desensamblarlo.
4. Prohibido sublicenciar el Software o permitir el uso simultneo de l por ms de un
usuario.
5. El Software podr contener programas u otra propiedad de terceros proveedores,
algunos de los cuales podrn identificarse en un archivo adjunto llamado "license.
txt" o en otro texto o archivo, cuyos trminos se adjuntan a esta licencia.

"Software") until you have carefully read the following terms and conditions. B
y loading or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If yo
u do not wish to so agree, do not install or use the Software.
Please Also Note:
* If you are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Independent Hardware Vend
or (IHV), or Independent Software Vendor (ISV), this complete LICENSE AGREEMENT
applies;
* If you are an End-User, then only Exhibit A, the INTEL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEM
ENT, applies.
For OEMs, IHVs, and ISVs:
LICENSE. This Software is licensed for use only in conjunction with Intel compon
ent products. Use of the Software in conjunction with non-Intel component produ
cts is not licensed hereunder. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Intel gra
nts to you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, worldwide, fully paid-up license und
er Intel's copyrights to:
a) use, modify and copy Software internally for your own development and
maintenance purposes; and
b) modify, copy and distribute Software, including derivative works of t
he Software, to your end-users, but only under a license agreement with terms at
least as restrictive as those contained in Intel's Final, Single User License A
greement, attached as Exhibit A; and
c) modify, copy and distribute the end-user documentation which may acco
mpany the Software, but only in association with the Software.
If you are not the final manufacturer or vendor of a computer system or software
program incorporating the Software, then you may transfer a copy of the Softwar
e, including derivative works of the Software (and related end-user documentatio
n) to your recipient for use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, pro

vided such recipient agrees to be fully bound by the terms hereof. You shall no
t otherwise assign, sublicense, lease, or in any other way transfer or disclose
Software to any third party. You shall not reverse- compile, disassemble or othe
rwise reverse-engineer the Software.
Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, no license or right is granted to
you directly or by implication, inducement, estoppel or otherwise. Intel shall
have the right to inspect or have an independent auditor inspect your relevant r
ecords to verify your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement
.
CONFIDENTIALITY. If you wish to have a third party consultant or subcontractor (
"Contractor") perform work on your behalf which involves access to or use of Sof
tware, you shall obtain a written confidentiality agreement from the Contractor
which contains terms and obligations with respect to access to or use of Softwar
e no less restrictive than those set forth in this Agreement and excluding any d
istribution rights, and use for any other purpose.
Otherwise, you shall not disclose the terms or existence of this Agreement or us
e Intel's name in any publications, advertisements, or other announcements witho
ut Intel's prior written consent. You do not have any rights to use any Intel t
rademarks or logos.
OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE AND COPYRIGHTS. Title to all copies of the Software remain
s with Intel or its suppliers. The Software is copyrighted and protected by the
laws of the United States and other countries, and international treaty provisio
ns. You may not remove any copyright notices from the Software. Intel may make c
hanges to the Software, or to items referenced therein, at any time and without
notice, but is not obligated to support or update the Software. Except as otherw
ise expressly provided, Intel grants no express or implied right under Intel pat
ents, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. You may tra
nsfer the Software only if the recipient agrees to be fully bound by these terms
and if you retain no copies of the Software.
LIMITED MEDIA WARRANTY. If the Software has been delivered by Intel on physical
media, Intel warrants the media to be free from material physical defects for a
period of ninety (90) days after delivery by Intel. If such a defect is found, r
eturn the media to Intel for replacement or alternate delivery of the Software a
s Intel may select.
EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDE
D "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANT
IES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. I
ntel does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness
of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the So
ftware.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL INTEL OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS IN
TERRUPTION OR LOST INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE TH
E SOFTWARE, EVEN IF INTEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. S
OME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR IMPLIED WARR
ANTIES OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT A

TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. Intel may terminate this Agreement at any time if
you violate its terms. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Softw
are or return all copies of the Software to Intel.
APPLICABLE LAWS. Claims arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the la

ws of California, excluding its principles of conflict of laws and the United Na

tions Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. You may not export the Soft
ware in violation of applicable export laws and regulations. Intel is not obliga
ted under any other agreements unless they are in writing and signed by an autho
rized representative of Intel.
GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The Software is provided with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS."
Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as
set forth in FAR52.227-14 and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or their successors. Use
of the Software by the Government constitutes acknowledgment of Intel's proprie
tary rights therein. Contractor or Manufacturer is Intel Corporation, 2200 Missi
on College Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95052.

not licensed hereunder.
2. You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute or transfer any part of the
Software except as provided in this Agreement, and you agree to prevent unauthor
ized copying of the Software.
3. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
4. You may not sublicense or permit simultaneous use of the Software by more tha
n one user.
5. The Software may contain the software or other property of third party suppli
ers, some of which may be identified in, and licensed in accordance with, any en
closed "license.txt" file or other text or file.

TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. Intel may terminate this Agreement at any time if
