PISTACHIO BROWNIES WITH MILK

CHOCOLATE FLAKES

Recipe for 6 to 8 persons

Baking time: 25 min.
Material: 1 baking tin approx. 24 x 24 x 5 cm
Ingredients:
140 g
Cailler Cuisine Lait for the mix + 60 g for the

flakes
80 g
chopped pistachios
180 g
softened butter + 20 g for the tray
160 g
icing sugar
4 eggs
120 g flour

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 170C. Melt 140 g chocolate. Using a knife, carve the rest of the chocolate into flakes.
2. In a bowl, stir the butter into a smooth mass and add the melted chocolate, sugar, eggs, flour and the chopped pistachios.
3. Grease the tray. Pour the mixture into the tray (approx. 2.5 cm deep). Scatter the chocolate flakes over it. Bake for 20
to 25 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven, allow to cool to room temperature, then place in the fridge. Cut the brownies into 6 cm pieces.
