Disclaimer: I first saw a plan like this in someone's dissertation I read many years ago.
I took the plan laid out there and made several alterations to it to, in my
opinion, better reflect the parallelism between the confession, larger, and
shorter catechism. All this to say, this wasn't originally my idea.
