This is to inform you that there will be an ALS Cluster Heads Meeting on Friday,
December 12, 2014 at ALS Training Center, Matalam South District, Poblacion Matalam
to start at 8 oclock in the morning.
2.

The participants to the said meeting are the following ALS Cluster Heads, to wit:

The objective of the said Cluster Heads meeting is to finalize the Memorandum
of Agreement (MOA) of the LGUs and NGOs in their respective clusters as basis for the
invitation and presentation during the opening of 3-day Capability Building of Abot-Alam
Implementers Cum Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing of DepEd and Partner
Agencies on December 17 at AJ Hi-Time Hotel, Kidapawan, Cotabato to start at 8:00
oclock in the morning.

The participants to the said meeting are required to bring the final MOA with the
different partners/stakeholders and the list of persons to be invited during the MOA
signing.
