Introduction

Objective
To provide our services for the Fort Worth Community Art Center. We will be redesigning two
information manuals and creating two to three websites for certain artists.

Purpose
By doing this project, it will help us improving our teamwork skill, communicating skills, writing
skill, and designing skill. All these skills will be necessary for our job in future. Our purpose for
redesigning the information manuals is for user readability and better organization of
information. Our purpose for creating the websites is to help our artist find a starting place to
further their career. The websites will provide information about the artist and exhibit their art.
Audience
Our audience will include Dr. French, the art community, and anybody working with the Fort
Worth Community Arts Center.
Background
My team is include 5 members: Quy Pham, Vu Phan, Angelica Lopez, Adan Reyes Cruz, and

Oliver Quijano. Each of them has their own skill which is useful for this project.

Quy Pham

I am from Vietnam. I have been in the United States for 3 years. I have been in TCC
College for 2 years and will be transferring to UTA next year. I have not decided yet what
my major is but it might be engineering or computer science. I like to work with
computer so I try to contact to computer as much as I can to improve my skills. In this
project, I think my role would be collecting information which is necessary for.

Vu Phan

He is Vietnamese. However, he has lived in the United States since he was a little kid. By

that, his English is very well. So, he is good at communicating so his mission will be
talking to the agencies for what they need us to do and convince them to achieve the
goal of the group. He will be leader. His mission will also be managing the budget. In
addition, he will be providing support and assistance to individual team members.

Angelica

She was born in the United States. She has two kind of blood: Mexico and America. She
is nice to people and good at writing. So, her mission will be writing the documents and
any kind of papers that requires good grammar and composition. By the way, if the
group needs someone to be representative then she would be the best fit.

Adan Cruz

He was born in Dallas, Texas. Joined the military in his junior year of high school. He will
be the designer.

Oliver Quijano

He was born in Fort Worth, TX. He will be in charge of gathering information and
relaying it to the group.

Authority and Empowerment

Vu Phan- He is our group leader. All changes to project schedule must be first discussed

with him first. Group members must show progress on assignments to him and final
products to him. He is also the team communicator and will be directly communicating with
the gallery manager at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center.

Angelica Lopez- She will be the writer in the group and will be putting information on

the websites the group creates for the artist. Will also be editing the instruction manuals for
grammar.

Adan Cruz- He will be our website designer. He also can specialize in arranging the

manuals for readability and consistency.

Quy Pham-He is our group researcher and information gatherer. He is also good with

computers so he can also help design websites.

Oliver Quijano- He will help with all overall assignments.

Proposed tasks

Task 1. Begin designing websites.

Task 2. Begin reorganizing information pamphlets.
Task 3. Tweak information in pamphlets for accuracy, understanding and consistency and
finish reorganization
Task 4. Finish designing websites by adding information about artist and have design
completed before hand.
Task 5. Finish project and present to agency and Dr. French.
