informationaboutmytopfiveStrengthshelpfulanddifferentleadershipstyleshelpful,Idont
considertheinformationstrongenoughtobetakenasgospel,acceptedwithoutfurtherthought,
butasagoodstartingpointtobeinterpretedasfurtherunderstandingmyselfasaleaderandasa

distinctionbetweeneducationandschooling:schoolingissomethingthatisgarneredin
