informationaboutmytopfiveStrengthshelpfulanddifferentleadershipstyleshelpful,Idont
considertheinformationstrongenoughtobetakenasgospel,acceptedwithoutfurtherthought,
butasagoodstartingpointtobeinterpretedasfurtherunderstandingmyselfasaleaderandasa

accomplishmentsofthoseIseeasthemostimpactful,andsomeonewhoisntafraidtotakebold

takenwithabitofhumor.IvaluehumorbecauseittakescircumstancesthatIcouldinterpretas
damagingtomyselfimage,andperceptionoftheworldashumourous.Ithelpsmeremember
thatalthoughImaybeinggoingthroughintenseissues,thenegativeemotionsthatIfeelarea
resultofchemicalreactionsinmybrainthatmillionsofotherpeoplehavefelt.Insteadof
viewingeventsinlifeassignificantlynegative,Icanmakeachoicetoviewthemashumorous,
