Background Summary
Over 8-year experiences in successfully introducing new materials, technologies, processes and products
to companies in TFT-LCD and e-paper industry. Solid Manufacturing and Quality Engineering knowledge
to lead a cross-functional team to achieve cross-organizational/national program management. Areas
of expertise include:
(1) NPI: cross-functional/organizational program management in display industry, including TFT through
process from glass input to LCM output, and E-paper through process.
(2) Yield & Quality Improvement: hold Black Belt of Lean Six Sigma. Skilled with tools such as DMAIC,
DOE, DFSS and TRIZ to improve Quality. Familiar with FMEA, TS16949, ISO14000
(3) CVD process: ability to improve process capability, tool stability, and yield.
(4) Roll-to-Roll Technology: ability to improve process capability for e-paper production.

Work Experience
SiPix Technology Inc, Taiwan

2010.03 2013.03

Director of quality division (NPI, Yield Improvement, Quality Management) 2010.03 2012.03
- Stabilized mold embossing process and improved the roll-to-roll process capability from Cpk <1 to
Cpk >1.33.
- Achieved process yield improvement from 80% to 95% to introduce new products to the market in
three months.

Unpaid leave (came to US w/ my family, and didnt return to work)
