Layer A0: This layer of my process model shows the big picture in what BlackX Inc. is looking to accomplish. Like any other
company,this one starts with research and funding. BlackX Inc. outputs energy efficient products,decreased light pollution and a
wealthier client. To reach these outputs one has to consider the resources on hand and the controls limiting that company's outputs.
My company's limitations include our budget, demand for our product, energy usage and available resources. We also have a few
resources; including collaborating companies, labor and our lean facilities.

Layer A1: Market/Product Research - Funding and expert analysis will be input for an output of a completed project design, this
layer will use skilled labor and hard data to achieve this output while considering the company's budget and time constraints.
Layer A2: Production - After we finish the product design, we are looking to output a completed product for our clients. During this phase we have many
resources available to us, including our facilities, data, machines and products parts as well as Hannibal Industries Inc. and Tamron to produce our
product. In producing products we are limited by floor space and budget before anything, then we must consider market demand and time restraints.
Layer A3: Transportation - Here is the final phase of BlackX Inc. process model, where we take a completed product and produce a satisfied customer
and a healthier environment. We must use trucks and freights for our product to reach our clients with the help of TranSystems. We must meet our time
restraints and stick to our budget minimizing emissions and import fees when we can.

Layer A1.1: Brainstorming - BlackX Inc. will use prospective clients and expert analysis in our initial product plans before testing, this will include skilled
labor and data analysis software. We must keep in sight our budget and time constraints through the whole product design and research phase.
Layer A1.2: Product Testing - We must now test our product plans to choose the best model and then enhance that model. We have many resources

Through this phase we want to limit that amount of materials we waste on unfeasible designs.
