What is an Absolute Monarch?

*Russias government

An Absolute Monarch is a government system that gives NO citizen

participation. The word monarch means king or queen and the
word absolute means that it is a strait forward; no one else except
the monarch/ monarchs family is the ruler.

The tsar (king) creates all of the laws and has unlimited power
against his people.

Russia once Lenin and Stalin take over

The Ottoman Empire now has new leaders.

Russia is no longer a monarchy based government, they are now a
communistic government.
A communistic type of government has very low citizen participation,
like the monarchy government, but it is totally government controlled
and everyone gets the same amount of everything. For example, a
garbage man would get the same amount of money as a doctor.
This type of government is very unstable because even if you do not
work you still get your pay, but the job that you are assigned will not be
completed and if most everyone does this, than jobs will not get done
and the country will fall behind in the world.
Soon after World War one, the ottoman empire collapses underneath
the loss of the war and the Europeans creating new boundaries,
spreading apart the empire.

The U.S. government

The U.S. has been a democracy the whole time from the beginning
of the new world.

It has a much more stable government than Russia does today, the
leading of Vladimir Lenin and Joseph Stalin, and when the Royal
