Como parte de lugares tursticos, mencionare al santuario nacional de los manglares de Tumbes.

Es un bosque ubicado al sur de la ciudad de Tumbes. Es una zona natural fuente de alimento para
peces, aves y una variada fauna. En los aos 90 este santuario tena un rea de veintiocho mil
hectreas, actualmente solo abarca catorce y est en peligro de extincin.

La Catedral de Tumbes San Nicols de Tolentino fue construida en el siglo diecisiete.

Su arquitectura es de tipo republicano.
En el ao 1985, es restaurada, siendo en la actualidad una de las ms modernas del norte del Pas.
La catedral de Tumbes posee ventanales decorados con vitrales, estas ventanas estn con escenas
representativas de Cristo, los Santos y la Virgen.
La catedral es un hermoso lugar turstico porque est ubicado en la plaza central de la ciudad.

The cathedral has de Tumbes decorated stained glass windows, these windows are with
