This material was crammed full of information,
great information, beautiful graphics.

My response?
So what?

So what does this information mean to the prospect?
Why should she care about the book signing?

In this case,
it meant the chance to get a
one of a kind, personalized book
as a holiday present for a loved one.
This was not mentioned in the copy.
