I can see that there will be
a literal or figurative deer, a
pine tree and a bat.

I recognize the deer, the

I see the lines on the bodies of he
subjects o the painting. I see that
there is limited color, and lots of
negative space.

This artwork was probably
painted by hand.

The first thing I see is the
deers body because it
contrasts with the light
background.

The balance between the tree
branch and the deer even out
the painting.

The proportions look normal
and ideal because it looks
very realistic.

Why?
Yes, the repeated lines on the
branches of the pine tree look like
leaves. Also, the repeated white
spots on the deers back look
realistic.

My eyes follow down the tree
branch from the upper left corner
down the deers back, near the
lower right corner.

The interaction between the deer
and the tree. The variety is shown
between the species difference
of the tree and bat and deer.

The empty feeling left inside me is
intriguing, and it would feed m
unquenchable soul o be lucky
enough to know what happens to
the scene.

seeing a der prancing around

I think the piece was very
