The purpose of this letter is to express support for the
Greens at Brentford housing development, TDHCA
application # 14148, located at the SWC of Beechnut and
Brentford in unincorporated Fort Bend County. This
application is being submitted to the Texas Department of
Housing and Community Affairs by Greens at Brentford
LP.

There is a growing need for quality, safe and affordable
housing for families in this part of Fort Bend County and
Greens at Brentford will help fulfill this need.

Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels is a non-profit serving
Fort Bend and Waller County. We have been serving this
community since 1974. With the support of the local
communities, we have been able to deliver hot nutritious
meals to seniors, 60+ years of age for over 35 years.
