This Forum is a property of the BioSyn Resources made solely for the MINDORO ENERGY CITY
(MEC).

It is provided free-of-charge for the use of people who are concerned with the MINDORO ENERGY
CITY project. It's meant as a place to start and talk about everything concerning MEC.

The outlooks expressed in this Forum by its members, and the assessments of the Forum Moderators do
not in any way represent the views of BioSyn Resources or its Directors or Employees. The forum Admin
though will provide facts about MEC in each topic.

The rules and guidelines are for the integrity of new and existing members. Please read the rules below
cautiously.

By signing in as a member and posting in this forum you agree to observe and follow these rules. While
we will moderate the board we would also request that you, the member, help to preserve a high-quality,
friendly yet professional approach to our message board. Items may be subjective and at the preference of
the Administrators.

Please carefully read and acknowledge the board rules listed below, and respect the feedback from the
moderation team.

Forum Rules:

I. Registration/User Name:

a. Any attempt to register an offensive or inappropriate username will result to a permanent
disqualification from this forum; this also extends to multiple usernames. Same applies to avatars and
signatures considered to be improper.

b. Registrations with incorrect email addresses will be deleted.

c. Any proven attempt of impersonation or false claim to embody a person or organization will result
in an immediate exclusion from this forum.

II. Creating a New Thread/Posting:

a. Make sure that the topic will be relevant to the Mindoro Energy City.

b. In creating a new thread, always search for an existing topic to reply to - the Search button is
located on the top right corner of the forum page - and if you are sure that the topic you want hasn't been
discussed recently; you are encouraged to create a new one.

c. With the potential for hundreds of messages to be posted each day, it is necessary to have several
forums dedicated to the more prevalent conversation topics. Carefully think about which forum your topic
belongs in before posting your message.

d. Please respect the personal life and privacy of all the members and staffs. Dialogues and photos
which are personal in nature are strongly discouraged and may result in a permanent ban from the
message board at the admin's discretion. The staff reserves the right to remove any offensive posts, topics
or photos that are personal in nature to any associate of the BioSyn Resources. Failing to do so will result
in immediate removal from the forum.

e. You agree not to post images or links containing sexually suggestive material/s. Posts containing
such material will be edited and may result in an immediate membership removal.

f. No personal insults or personal attacks on other members or individuals, site moderators,
administration or the management or associates of the BioSyn Resources. This means, you agree not to
post discriminatory material that targets someone, or a group of people, based upon gender, sexual
orientation, race, religion, and cultural background. Users who violate this rule will be banned at the
Admin's discretion. (Criticism of another member's opinion or point of view is fine, but name calling is
not acceptable)

g. RESPECT COPYRIGHT LAWS - Sharing news items is welcome but you must post a link, or
give proper credit in standard news format to the author/source instead of reproducing the entire article.
To be clear, do not post entire press releases, newspaper articles, etc. on the forum, either enclose a small
quote or add the URL to the original article and don't forget to post the source.

h. Please do not make a thread about message board issues but rather send all suggestions,
complaints and compliments via email or through PM to the Admin-MEC, and please allow time for the
Admin to respond. Threads on board issues will be deleted even without permission.

i. ADVERTISING - You agree not to participate of advertising or promotion of affiliate links,
personal blogs, online shops, or other website links on the board or through private messaging. Anyone
thats proven to register just to advertise will be suspended from this board for first offense. Doing this for
three times will result to immediate membership removal.

III. In Posting:

a. This is an official site run by the BioSyn Resources- Philippine Support Group which aims to
maintain a professional yet friendly forum. You agree not to post profanity, sexual innuendo and anything
else similar in text, or as an image within the community.

b. Overt language and intentionally sidestepping the word censors will not be tolerated. This also
includes adding a character in replace of a letter, as this still constitutes by passing the swear filter.

[Any post deliberated to be in defilement of these rules will be deleted without warning. For any member,
proven to repeat this for three times will result to immediate membership removal.]

IV. Avatar/Signature:

a. Any avatars considered to be inappropriate by the Admin team will be removed without notice.
b. Any attempt to post an indecent or improper avatar/signature will result in it being removed for a
first offense. Doing this for three times will result to immediate membership removal.
c. Posting a link to personal blogs, online shops or other websites is not allowed in your signature.
d. In copying or using images that another member has created and provided, kindly ask a permission
before copying their images.

V. Off-the-Topic Conversation:

a. Taking a thread off-the-topic is unpleasant to the creator of the thread and the entire message
board. Please make sure to post an opinion relating to the topic.
b. Personal conversations of no relevance to the forum should be taken to email or pm. Failure to do
so will result in posts/threads being removed.

VI. Selling/Trading:

a. Strictly no soliciting, selling tickets or any other goods are allowed. Members doing so will have
their accounts disabled immediately.

VII. Spamming & Trolling:

a. Those who are proven to be "trolls" (provocative posters simply looking forward to provoke other
members) and "spammers" (posters selling or advertising something) will be removed as a member of
this forum.
b. No considered 'trolling' i.e. posting with the intent to incite or provoke a hostile reaction.
c. Do not respond to trolls or spammers. In action for such post/s, click the report button beneath the
post and allow the moderator/administrator to handle the situation. All responses to trolls and spammers
are subject to deletion. Those who will continue to respond to such posts will be suspended too applied as
it only adds to the problem.
d. Repetitive and continuous plugging and advertising of websites or content relating to spam, or
money making schemes will not be tolerated.

REMINDER:

The access and use of this forum featuring the above terms and conditions institutes your acceptance of
these terms and conditions, which will take effect from the date on which you first use this forum.

All postings are monitored and Admin-MEC reserves the right to edit or remove posts at any time,
without citing a reason. Failure to obey by the guidelines set above will result in being permanently
excluded from this Forum. If you disagree with the rules of the forum please inform Admin-MEC, who
will remove your registration details.

Admin-MEC reserves the right to lock or delete any threads which is seemed necessary and does not have
to cite a reason for this closure.

From time to time, if it is beneficial, threads may be snipped for space or lack of replies, or may be
merged with other threads of similar content.

Please don't use this forum site to bash any government official/s or department instead go directly to
their official sites or e-mail.
We will not tolerate an excessive bashing or any kind of plot against anyone.

You agree to use this forum only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of,
or restrict or inhibit the professional use and enjoyment of this forum by any third-party. Such restriction
or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may bother or cause
suffering or inconvenience to any person, and the transmission of lewd or offensive content or disturbance
of normal movement of discussion within this site.

It is prohibited to post or transmit any unlawful, offensive, indecent, aggressive or scandalous material, or
any material that constitutes or encourages conduct that would be measured as a criminal offense,
probable to contribute rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. The administration will fully
cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the
identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.
