The undersigned accuses the above-named accused for Homicide under Article 249 of the Revised Penal
Code, committed as follows: That on or about November 21, 2012, in the City of Davao, Philippines and
within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named, with intent to kill, willfully, unlawfully
and feloniously hacked Ramil Miguelles several times, thereby inflicting upon the latter fatal injuries
which caused his instantaneous death.
