November 5 2013 Monster Moms In the book, The culture of Fear written by Barry Glassner demonstrates why Americans fear certain things, such as crime, drugs, teen moms, terrorists, etc. since the 9/11 terrorist attack americans life change dramatically in the way that they are more afraid and they take their precautions to travel. In the last decade the Americans fearless concentrate in some point with teen moms or as Americans describe them monster moms. Glassner shows consequences that teen moms face and how these moms solve their problems, Glassner tries to use deductive arguments to explain the teen pregnancy.
