Estimado Claudio,

Ustedes tienen permisin de Associao Brasileira de Mecnica dos Solos e Engenharia
Geotcnica para digitalizar el libro SOLOS DA CIDADE DE SO PAULO, 1992 via scanner o otro
proceso que genere achivo tipo pdf y tienen nuestra autorizacin para distribuir lo a cualquier
asociado de SOCHIGE. Ruego que cuando lo hagan, enve nos copia por ftp o sendspace para
conocimiento y control.

Aprovecho la oportunidad para enviar te copia de minuta de capitulo V de nuestro futuro libro
sobre suelos de So Paulo y te agradecera por que lo distribuya a los dems participantes de
reunin que tuvimos anteayer en Colegio de Ingenieros de Chile sobre el tema Twin Cities.

Esmado Arsenio,

En la reunion que tuvimos en el Colegio de Ingenieros en Sanago, recibi de manos de Luis Valenzuela el libro SOLOS
DA CIDADE DE SAO PAULO.

Te solicito que por mail envies una autorizacion dirigida tanto a mi como a Mirella Biancardi , Jefa de la Biblioteca de
Ingenieria Civil de la Universidad de Chile, para que podamos obtener fotocopias en papel y/o digitalizadas de este
texto con el n de que sirva tanto para la docencia como para orientar a los responsables del trabajo en las Twin
Cies en Chile.

Escribo en espaol porque creo que tu podras entender mejor este texto que o meu em portugues.
