 RATIONALE
Hon. Austere A. Panadero, Undersecretary of the Department of the
Interior and Local Government will be in the province of Bohol on May 30 to
June 1, 2007 to conduct field supervisory visits.

DILG-Bohol will take charge in ensuring that the visit of the

Undersecretary will be successful. Hence, this proposal.

OBJECTIVES
It is expected that all the necessary preparations are undertaken for
the success of the Visit of the Undersecretary.

It is also expected that the Undersecretary will have the chance to

interact with the DILG-Bohol Field Officers to discuss important issues
concerning DILG operations.

It is also hoped that the field visits will give the Undersecretary new
insights on the operation of our municipal field offices.

METHODOLOGY
A special Fieldmen’s Conference will be conducted on the first day of
the visit. Supervisory visits to DILG municipal offices will take place in the
ensuing two (2) days.

DATE AND VENUE

The Undersecretary will be in the province of Bohol on May 30 to June
1, 2007.
