Members of the Teacher Education Program at the College of Southern Idaho seek to gather your perceptions of your learning upon

I enjoyed being in the classroom for this. I am a very hands on learner, and it was great to get to see real classroom
issues and the best practices to deal with such. What I wish we could do more of in this class is mock interviews for
the different positions in the teaching field. I also believe we should have to observe a class in every degree of
education (elm. , middle, and high school, music, and P.E). I believe the more exposer we have the more informed
decisions we can make.

How can we improve this objective in the Education Program?
Nothing can prepare you for dealing with parents. They range from the non-involved to the watching over your
shoulder every second. You also will have a parent or to that will do everything in their power to cause hate and
discontent. I am unsure how to improve the program so that students are prepared to deal with families. However, the
program did a great job preparing us to teach children from differnet backgrounds and much more.

I would not change this program. I enjoyed the text for this class.

How can we improve this objective in the Education Program?
I LOVED this class. I learned so many things that I will use in my classroom. The only thing I didnt care for was the
blog. I think I would replace that with how to post and get stuff from teachers pay teachers.

Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) standards.

I wish there was more on how to design curriculum, as well as common core issues.

12. Why did you enroll in the CSI Teacher Education Program?
I love to be with children and if I can get paid to teacher why not.

13. How did you hear about the CSI Teacher Education Program?
Current employer.

14. Your suggestions are valuable to us. How do you suggest that we recruit future students?
I am unsure, I believe that students have to have a want to teach not just be looking for a major.
