Provided individual counseling services to a student body of 540 diverse students using a
variety of counseling theories to address personal, social, and academic issues
Implemented 5 small-group counseling interventions to help students set goals, solve problems,
resolve conflicts, develop social skills, cope with grief, and handle bullying
Taught classroom guidance lessons on middle school, bullying, and high school transitions
Collaborated with more than 30 local businesses and career representatives to host a
school-wide career day and increase students awareness of career options
