Network Analyst
Windows Systems


Position Overview
Responsible for the installation and administration of Windows Servers. Performs both routine and non-routine systems
administration tasks for daily operations related to the production environment. Performs Operating System installations,
upgrades and maintain all applications to accepted specifications.

Key Accountabilities & Skills Summary
Knowledge and experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows server hardware and software.
Working knowledge and experience in the use of PC productivity software tools such as: Word, Excel, Access, Visio, and
PowerPoint.
Perform regular application installations, configurations, and standard day-to-day server administration.
Monitor server performance and availability.
Apply operating system updates, patches and configuration changes.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills in a collaborative environment.
Ability to accomplish tasks considering established time frames and quality standards.
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the Corporate Structure.
Ability to work concurrently on multiple tasks.
Excellent oral & written communication skills, covering both technical and non-technical communications

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related area from an accredited institution. Minimum of three (3) years of related
experience.
Certificates and licenses:
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) Preferred

Working schedule: Thursday - Monday 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM or Saturday Wednesday 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Available to work after hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed
