BENEFITS
Php 8,0000.00 monthly allowance/stipend. In
case of absences, a fixed amount of Php
363.00 per day shall be deducted regardless
of number of training days per month.
Every after 15
th
day, allowance/stipend shall
be released.
Additional monetary allowance of Php
1,000.00 will be given(discretionary) by
hospital.
GSIS Group Personal Accident Insurance, with
following coverage(premium of P500.00):
1. Accident Death/Dismemberment-Php
500,000.00/person.
2. Medical Reimbursement-Php
50,000.00/person.
3. Bereavement Assistance-Php
10,000.00/person.
Philhealth Insurance-P2,400.00 a year



Other non-monetary incentives: trainings,
meals etc. as necessary.
