IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION TO WFOT CONGRESS 2014 PARTICIPANTS

Congress 2014 in Yokohama is rapidly approaching and Team Japan are very excited about meeting
all of you in Yokohama, Japan.

You can expect to experience many unique events as well as a stimulating, action packed
programme, the first of which is the Opening Ceremony scheduled on June 17, 2014 from 16:45.

The Opening Ceremony will include the attendance of some very special guests, and requires the
need for intense security control and management procedures. Due to this, we ask everyone
attending the Opening Ceremony to go through the security check and enter the Hall by 16:00.

After 16:00, the doors will be closed and no one can enter the Hall.

Please ensure that you complete your registration and collect your congress badge and satchel in
advance of the door closing time.

For those who arrive after 16.00 we have also arranged viewing facilities via satellite-relay showing
the Opening Ceremony in the lobby.

We hope all of you attending the Congress Opening Ceremony will enjoy this once in a lifetime
opportunity on June 17.

In addition to this Opening Ceremony, keep watching for more information on further special events
held during the Congress.
