Besides many opportunities for today's generation, growing mismanagement, organizational politics, injustice, exploitation and unprofessional (as

well as irrational) attitude by the top management in organizations causing ever increasing dissatisfaction among old and young employees are the primary reasons for people to change their jobs. ost employers and their management focus more on the 'hours of wor!' over engagement and output, and most of them believe that the longer you can ma!e your employees sit in the office the greater successful you are as 'management' who do not care about rising cost of operations for each extra minute you !eep your office open. "he so called '#$' also being part of the orchestra singing their part of the song by implementing loads of stupid 'rules' in the name of 'policies' causing severe damage to the attitude and commitments of the employees thus affecting the businesses. %hen & started my career '' years bac! had encountered and experienced much lesser issues than what most of us are facing today. (s a )onsultant and "rainer when we are as!ed to address those issues the first thing we face are the absence of fundamental thought leadership and rational practices although *+, of the management staff are with B( degrees from so called 'premier B-schools' carrying tons of '.uality' and 'policy' manuals, &/0 certifications, etc. &t is good for us as we ma!e our money 'advising' and 'training' them more !nowing most of good advises will not be implemented and we will !eep on ma!ing more money while !nowing nothing will change much.
