Báo lỗi 554 khi gởi mail

Hỏi: Sau khi tôi gởi mail đến một địa chỉ nào đó, tôi nhận được mail trả về báo lỗi như sau:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

554 Access Denied

Trả lời:
Lỗi thông báo trên do khi gởi mail đi chưa được chứng thực. Để khắc phục lỗi trên bạn làm như sau :
Trên thanh menu bạn chọn Tool —- > Accounts — > qua tab “ Mail” — > Email account
(mail.abc.com) —– > Properties — > qua tab “Server” — > đánh chọn vào ô “ My server requires
authentication”. (hình minh họa bên dưới)

Ở trong MS Outlook vào Tool => Email Accounts => Ở phần Email chọn View or change exsiting e-
mail accounts => Chọn server default => Change => More Setting... => Outgoing Server => Click
chọn My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication => Chọn Use same setting as my
incoming mail server
