Assists in the administration of Fraternity and Sorority Life to include leadership, assessment and support for a community comprised of 22 Greek Lettered Organizations and 450 students. Coordinates monthly proactive training workshops focused on specialized topics including University Policies and Regulations, Risk Management and Leadership Development. Created and maintained an assessment plan for the Student Activities Office in order to create a more effective communication strategy between the students and the office. Supported the strategic planning of the Office of Student Activities and executed the portion specific to the functions of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Chaired a team of student leaders to develop and implement a Standards of Excellence Plan and a new Relationship Statement. Managed sorority recruitment by generating the potential new member handbook, managing the potential new members on the Interactive Collegiate Solutions (ICS) system, and organizing room locations and set ups for chapters. Supervises compensated student leaders by providing oversight and collecting and approving bi-weekly accountability reports. Planned and assessed the annual NPHC open house and executed a program for over 100 attendees interested in Fraternity and Sorority Life. Co-chair the Extension Committee to prepare for a possible expansion of our sorority community. Completed planning and coordination of National Hazing Prevention Week including bringing a speaker to campus, creating a mock trial of a hazing case and facilitating a discussion of how the media portrays Fraternity and Sorority Life and hazing. Provided additional support to OSA by launching and developing an online Presidents Training Video using the video software iMovie to educate on OrgSync. May 2013-August 2013

Womens Center, Miami University Graduate Intern

Systemized a marketing structure for the centers location change that included developing flyers, brochures and electronic advertisements. Innovated previous marketed materials and created new and improved program publicity strategies by updating outdated information and enhancing the physical appearance of materials. Assisted with the marketing and implementation of the office logo and branding. Implemented a program to organize and track volunteers and hours served within the center. Analyzed the needs of the student visitors in the center and assisted in the design of the renovated space in the new temporary location.

Harris 2 Central Fraternal Leadership Conference (CFL/NBGLC), Indianapolis, Indiana Graduate Intern February 2013

Introduced speakers and communicated announcements to approximately 3,000 conference attendees. Served as a Conference Standards Staff Member monitoring the overnight guests and being on-call for possible emergencies. Provided exemplary customer service to all students, professionals and presenters. Recruited, selected and trained 24 undergraduate students to attend the conference increasing our delegation from previous years.
