The solution is so simple; just update your Graphics card driver. BlueStacks then will be installed successfully. However if your graphics card driver is already the most updated, and you still cannot install BlueStacks, the following tips will be the answer for this issue. 1. Download the Offline Installer (.msi file) from BlueStacks server: Version 0.8.0.2997: http://cdn.bluestacks.com/downloads/0.8....97_REL.msi Version 0.8.1.3003: http://cdn.bluestacks.com/downloads/0.8....03_REL.msi Version 0.8.1.3011: http://cdn.bluestacks.com/downloads/0.8....11_REL.msi Latest version: http://cdn.bluestacks.com/public/beta-1/...up_REL.msi 2. Download and install Orca - a Microsoft database table editor for editing Windows Installer package (.msi) files. Mediafire link: https://www.mediafire.com/?r1icphvay68ashc Softpedia link: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Authoring-t...Orca.shtml 3. Right click on the installer (.msi file) > select Edit with Orca

Hi ayanah, It might be the permission problem. Please go to the folder C:\Program Files\BlueStacks and run the file HD-Quit.exe, then right-click on the Start BlueStacks shortcut and run it as Administrator. If it does not help, try to give your user account full-control of C:\ProgramData\BlueStacks folder. (Follow steps in this thread How to Grant Full Permission to a File or a Folder in Windows 8.1)
