My thoughts: I think that the amount of greenhouse gases produced is incredibly high. I never thought that it took that much to make a pound of beef. I also think that it is a good idea to use the gas that cows produced to generate electricity. Even though it is expensive it will be worth it in the future So what? Food production make about the same amount of greenhouse gases as transportation and industry What If? If the gases that are being released are used to generate electricity how much will the amount of greenhouse gases released be reduced to What does this remind me of? Food Inc. Says Who?
